Description Double Bay West is the next bay to the North (West) of Double Bay East. It offers similar anchoring conditions to the Eastern bay, though it is a little more exposed. It offers solitude and fishing as its main attractions.
Shelter in East to North West.

Be careful of Swells in South East conditions.
Sailing This anchorage is some distance from the islands and Airlie Beach.
Solitude This is an infrequently visited anchorage.
